上述三家企業21日都獲得環保署「海洋廢棄物循環產品標章」，規定產品原料要使用超過20%的海洋廢棄物，才能獲得標章認可，以表揚企業對於保護環境資源不遺餘力與海洋廢棄物循環利用的行動。

The horn antenna is a broadband passive device, shaped like a pyramid horn, referred to as a TEM antenna, which guides the beam of radio waves at a precise frequency. FT-RF Double Ridged Horn antennas have frequency capabilities ranging from 400MHz to 40GHz depending on type and style. These series are characterized by a huge frequency range and extremely high input powers. With increasing frequency, the gain rises to a maximum of 18 dBi. At higher frequencies, the increased gain compensates for the increasing cable losses.

回收產值400億
環保署副署長沈志修表示，台灣是海島國家，如果沒有將垃圾妥善清理乾淨，就會隨著河流流入海洋當中，對海洋生態造成嚴重的影響。他指出，回收再利用相當重要，台灣的資源回收業也是國際聞名，每年產值高達400多億，盼未來能將能使用的資源全數回收。
他也說，COP27會議剛結束，全球都有共識要在本世紀把升溫幅度控制於1.5度C以內。沈志修說，根據國際組織的資料，全球有45%的碳排放來自於生產製造的過程，所以在過程中善用環保原料，減少資用浪費，是本次標章的重要精神，而台灣更是全球第一個特別為海洋廢棄物產品設立標章的國家。
垃圾並非只能燒掉
綠藤生技營運長廖怡雯表示，當消費者看得到「標章」，也能發現海洋廢棄物不僅是垃圾，還能成為好看的產品。綠藤生機於漁港回收廢棄漁網，透過再生技術將漁網分解為方便加工的塑膠顆粒，最後透過融化、吹塑等方法打造出瓶身。
寶綠特資源再生科技股份有限公司董事長歐伯豪指出，目前有許多淨灘團體，在海灘撿拾海洋廢棄物，但最後卻送到焚化爐，而非讓企業循環利用，相當可惜。他強調，寶特瓶是海洋常見的廢棄物，經過清洗、粉碎等程序後，就能產生能循環利用的瓶片及瓶粒，再製成其他塑膠產品。
海神全球股份有限公司總經理林伯勳說，該企業致力於「化學性回收」，主要處理那些無法物理性回收的物質，如部分汙染物、廢漁網等。他說，如本次獲得標章的產品就是「再生碳」，可供煉鋼廠在使用，未來會朝「再生油品」的方向前進。
