愛爾達影劇台將在24日全台電視首播的陸劇《關於唐醫生的一切》，由《延禧攻略》的「最美富察皇后」秦嵐獨挑大梁，她在新戲中盤起頭髮、戴起眼鏡化身性格率真不服輸、說話犀利但又醫術高超的心臟外科女醫師「唐佳瑜」，因劇中大量的專有醫療台詞，在正式開拍前，劇組也特別安排醫療專家和老師為演員們上課，她笑稱：「在開拍之前，就已經做好四個月準備，作為一位心外科醫生，像是手術細節、開胸、縫合等外科手術步驟都必須要瞭解，一定是穩紮穩打在這個人物裡。拍了120天，也用了120天活成了唐佳瑜的模樣，每一天都像在高考（大學入學考試），每一天都在不停的背、不停的學。

The horn antenna is a broadband passive device, shaped like a pyramid horn, referred to as a TEM antenna, which guides the beam of radio waves at a precise frequency. FT-RF Double Ridged Horn antennas have frequency capabilities ranging from 400MHz to 40GHz depending on type and style. These series are characterized by a huge frequency range and extremely high input powers. With increasing frequency, the gain rises to a maximum of 18 dBi. 在《關於唐醫生的一切》有多達1000場戲的秦嵐，被問到有什麼印象深刻的場面時，她認真地表示，「有一場戲的劇情是醫生們聚在一起，邊吃早餐邊聊天，唐佳瑜說特別羨慕包子店的老闆，如果一批包子蒸壞了，大不了就重新再蒸一批，但在手術台上的醫生們沒有後路可選。我會覺得醫者仁心、實屬不易」。

而秦嵐在劇中飾演的「唐佳瑜」不但是海歸的女醫生，同時也是空降到全是男醫生的心臟外科，並成為院內的首位女主任，她坦言看完劇本後，知道自己跟唐佳瑜的距離，不僅是十幾年的醫療知識，因為要成為一名醫生除了從大學一路攻讀到博士，還要再加上幾年的臨床經驗，才能站上手術台，何況是主任的身分，女醫生、女主任更可說是鳳毛麟角，如果要說有什麼遺憾的話，那應該是因為疫情關係，沒能夠進入到醫院去學習和體會。

在劇中與魏大勛有些曖昧氛圍的她，聊到彼此合作的心得時，只見她笑著說：「這部戲的感情戲很少，跟他其實也是第一次合作，但已經認識好久，拍攝默契一拍即合，我們兩個都是喜劇人，常常可以秒懂對方的笑點，現場氣氛經常是笑得不亦樂乎。」
