目前在台灣東方海面有個低氣壓，向北北西往東海方向移動，強度不排除有機會進一步組織鞏固成熱帶性低氣壓，但各家氣象模式不看好它更進一步發展，這個低氣壓與桑達颱風處於同一個大低壓帶，台灣也受到這個大低壓帶影響，週日各地天氣不穩定，雖然西南部清晨有陣雨，北部東北部偶有短暫陣雨，各地山區午後有雷陣雨，今天(31日)如果有山區行程，下半天務必留意天氣變化，提防溪水暴漲。週日台灣附近吹偏南風，北部氣溫還是較高，高溫可達36度左右，還是要防曬防中暑，中南部高溫則在33-35度左右，降雨區域氣溫較低，感受較舒適，但不下雨的時候還是熱。東半部高溫33-34度，午後隨雲量增多，氣溫可望逐步下降。
週一起各地天氣會更不穩定，因為大低壓帶環流的中心逐漸向西接近台灣，週二就在台灣上空，降雨最多，週三移到台灣西邊，週四逐漸離開。當低壓帶直接影響時，全台各地全天都有降雨機會，降雨時段不限午後。當對流胞通過時，可能有一陣驟雨，但持續時間不長，離開後陽光又會露臉。當然因為大氣環境不穩定，山區午後特別容易有明顯午後雷陣雨，未來幾天有安排山區行程，也要留意。
未來幾天各地的最高氣溫因為低壓帶雲量多，降雨多，可望較前幾日下降，北部從36度降到33-34度，中南部從34-35度，降到32-33度，東半部從33-34度，降到31-32度，可以消消累積已久的暑氣。
