今天(19日)的大氣環境跟昨天相似，仍然是稍偏弱的東北風環境，迎風面的基隆北海岸、北宜交界山區及宜蘭花蓮一帶仍然有較多雲量及局部短暫雨機會，其中宜蘭南澳鄉昨天單點已有超過兩百毫米的雨量，今天(19日)仍然要留意可能有局部較大雨勢。相對來說，背風側的西半部地區仍維持偏乾穩定的大氣環境，天氣普遍晴時多雲，只有早晚時段在局部沿海或空曠地區有低雲或霧影響能見度。另外中南部地區要留意秋冬季節在穩定天氣下難免空氣品質會比較不理想，仍有機會達敏感族群不健康等級。
明天(20日)臺灣附近的東北季風稍微增強，桃園以北雲量偏多，大臺北地區都有短暫雨機會，東半部到恆春半島地區也會有比較大範圍的陰雨天氣，宜蘭、花蓮可能有局部較大雨勢，桃園以南地區仍然維持晴時多雲穩定天氣，中南部早晚有局部低雲或霧、空品還是比較差一些。氣溫方面只有在桃園以北、東北部地區的白天高溫下降約2-3度、稍涼一些，其他地區變化有限，尤其中南部地區仍然有較大的日夜溫差。下週一持續受東北季風影響，大臺北降雨減少，東半部至恆春半島仍是明顯的陰雨天氣，桃園雲量減少恢復晴到多雲，新竹以南地區仍是相似的穩定天氣型態。
下週二東北季風減弱，環境風向轉東南風，低層大氣的水氣減少，但是開始有來自南方海面的中高層雲系移入，各地雲量增多轉為多雲或陰天，降雨並不多，主要在山區及東半部地區才有零星短暫陣雨機會，桃園以北、東北部白天高溫回升約2度，其他地區白天高溫反而會因為雲量增多而降低1-2度。
下週三開始有廣泛的南方雲系或華南雲系陸續移入通過臺灣帶來較多水氣，各地持續為多雲或陰天並有局部短暫陣雨，中部以北、東北部地區降雨相對會比較明顯一些，類似的大範圍陰雨天氣預估至少持續到下週五，下週六才會隨著水氣減少、由南而北逐漸改善，這段期間各地早晚低溫20-22度，北部、宜蘭白天高溫僅有23-25度、全天偏涼，中南部26-29度，花東25-27度。雖然下雨的時間、範圍都還有些不確定性，但對於西半部地區來說，可能會有較大幅度的天氣變化，提醒大家預先留意。
