廖老大涉歧視懷孕！他轟：想想母親與女兒

知名網紅廖老大最近因資遣懷孕員工惹議，不但自爆還弄得勞工局上門輔導關切。還氣到當著勞工局輔導員不斷嗆「叫妳們局長張大春來」，讓勞工局局長親上火線回應。雖廖老大在27日深夜重PO該段畫面澄清，是被斷章取義。但勞工局表示，歧視懷孕員工事件已經被檢舉到行政院長信箱去，也喊話廖老大「這麼有名的人要有社會責任，請想想自己的母親、女兒若這樣被對待能否接受？」

廖老大近來槓上台中市勞工局，26日開臉書直播謾罵前去輔導的勞工局科員，嗆聲「叫局長張大春來！」勞工局長張大春也痛批廖老大「違法而不自知，還自覺理所當然」，至於二度被要求前往琦玉，張大春回應「感謝企業主這麼歡迎，短期內沒有輔導計畫，過陣子忙完，會找機會去跟企業主當面談法令！」

面對直播中廖老大提出滿肚子的疑惑，因為工作有危險性，為何不能讓應徵者在履歷中勾選是否有懷孕的相關問題？二度被點名的局長張大春指出，「廖老大一直認為懷孕降薪、女員工自揭懷孕計畫是合理的事情，但這些去年在協調會時，已告知琦玉幹部這些是違法，且此為中央訂定的法律」。張大春反問，對於法令「是裝不懂還是不在乎，還是只是要苛刻員工？賺那麼多錢卻對員工薪資這麼計較，真的不以為然」，也呼籲廖老大「這麼有名的人要有社會責任，請想想自己的母親、女兒若這樣被對待能否接受？」

張大春提到，琦玉集團在面試求職者時，要求自行揭露、勾選有沒有犯罪紀錄、懷孕計畫等行為，已遭民眾檢舉到行政院院長信箱，勞工局也收到公文，派員前往輔導。張大春直言，「法令這麼明確告訴你了，若沒有改善，未來不排除開罰，最高開罰30萬元！」
