預售屋實價登錄上路滿周年，根據《591實價登錄》統計，預售屋實登上路一年間，全台預售屋成交件數近9萬筆、成交均價突破3字頭，其中10大交易熱門行政區以桃園市囊括近半數，又以龜山區居全台之冠，預售屋成交件數近4千件，其餘上榜的區域還有桃園中壢、桃園、大園、台中北屯、梧棲、西屯、新北板橋、三重與台南安南，成為近一年預售屋一級戰區。
591房屋交易網新聞公關組組長畢務潔指出，全台預售屋交易最火熱的行政區就位於桃園龜山，近一年成交件數近4千件，成交單價約30.4萬元，龜山自2017年機場捷運通車後，大量建商紛紛插旗A7重劃區推案，該區不僅房價親民且緊鄰新北，成為雙北首購天堂。

畢務潔表示，預售屋交易量第二名的則為桃園中壢，近一年成交件數3759件，單價約37.8萬元，中壢區交易多集中在青埔，該區擁有雙鐵交會，加上大型購物商場進駐，未來還有亞洲矽谷、會展中心等建設，買盤除了在地客外，還包括北客、竹科客及商務客。
她指出，接著緊追在後的第三名則是台中北屯，近一年預售屋交易件數3753件，成交單價35萬元，受惠捷運綠線通車及重大建設興建等利多助攻，北屯發展快速，人口移入穩居台中之冠，加上擁有捷運機廠、廍子、11期與14期等眾多重劃區，奠定該區房市交易。
畢務潔說，成交量同樣突破3千件的第四名是桃園市桃園區，成交單價35.8萬元，桃園區屬於桃園核心區域，內有藝文、經國、中路及小檜溪4大重劃區蓬勃發展，未來還有捷運綠線行經，後勢看好。

預售屋交易量第五名則由台中梧棲奪下，近1年成交件數近3千件，她說，該區於台中港三井OUTLET開幕後，替房市注入活水，加上房價僅1字頭，是上榜的行政區中單價最親民的區域，吸引大量首購移居。
第六名、第七名則由新北的板橋與三重拿下，畢務潔說明，兩區為新北蛋黃區，近1年預售屋成交量接近2千件，單價均突破5字頭，前者交易量多集中在江翠北側重劃區；而後者則有二重重劃區及仁義重劃區推案積極。
單價突破5字頭的還有第八名的台中西屯，她指出，西屯做為台中房價領頭羊，西屯近一年預售屋交易量共1868件，西屯擁有台中工業區、台中科學園區以及七期市政中心，強勁的就業人口支撐當地房市需求。
畢務潔表示，桃園大園則位居第九，該區除了青埔推案火熱外，鄰近的大園客運園區也成為房市新寵。第十名則是台南安南區，近一年成交件數突破1700件，單價26.8萬元，安南區在北外環快速道路建設下，縮短與南科之間的距離，區域內熱門的九份子重劃區，吸引不少南科新貴置產。
