週二(7/19)南部已經轉為東南風的環境，清晨沿海沒有降雨的狀況，白天的溫度略為升高，東南風來到中部還是轉為偏南到西南風，不過跟前幾天偏強的西南風不太一樣，沒有明顯的氣流過山沉降作用，午後熱對流就變得很旺盛。
週三(7/20)太平洋高壓勢力逐漸西伸，不過台灣還是位於比較邊緣的位置，午後山區附近仍然有雷陣雨的狀況，到山區附近活動需要注意天氣變化，到河川溪流附近也需要特別提防溪水暴漲的狀況。
預計週四(7/21)開始到週日(7/24)受太平洋高壓籠罩影響，各地的溫度都會明顯上升，且大氣中的水氣減少，又有高壓中心的沉降作用，午後對流將明顯減少，發展受限，天氣將變得很穩定，在各地的平地容易有34-35的高溫，盆地、內陸等地區則容易有36度以上的極端高溫，未來幾天外出需要做好防曬，也要適時補充水分，或避開白天的時間外出以免中暑。
